 This website is hosted by the service provider Jimdo GmbH, Stresemannstr. 375, 22761 Hamburg, Germany.

When you visit our website, Jimdo automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes, in particular: 

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • amount of data transferred
  • Website from which the request comes (referrer URL)
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software

The website from which the request comes (referrer URL) is also logged.

This data is processed to ensure stable and secure operation of the website. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). 

Storage period: Server log files are stored for security reasons (e.g., to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data that needs to be retained for evidentiary purposes will be retained until the respective incident has been finally resolved. 

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Jimdo GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This agreement is required by data protection law and ensures that Jimdo processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions.

 a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website, information is automatically sent from your browser to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following data is collected without your intervention and stored until automatically deleted:

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract) and, if applicable, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), provided you voluntarily provide further information.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of registration and conducting the workshop, unless statutory retention periods prevent this.

If we pass on your data to service providers (e.g. payment providers, calendar or CRM tools), this is done exclusively on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.


The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. You are not obligated to provide personal data. However, failure to provide it may prevent you from using certain features of the website or may prevent us from processing your request.

Embedding of Vimeo videos
Videos from the provider Vimeo are embedded on this website. When you view the videos, data such as your IP address is transmitted to Vimeo and processed there. 5. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. No use of Google Fonts
Our website does not use Google Fonts. All fonts used on this website are provided locally or via Jimdo's servers, so no personal data such as IP addresses are transferred to Google or other US servers. This ensures the protection of your data regarding font display.

If you contact us by email or via a contact form, your details (name, email address, telephone number if applicable, and message content) will be processed exclusively to process your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, if it concerns pre-contractual measures or the fulfillment of a contract, or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, if our legitimate interest in efficiently processing your request outweighs this.

8. Appointment booking via Calendly

Our website includes the appointment booking tool Calendly from Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, Georgia 30518, USA.

If you would like to book an appointment using the embedded form, personal data such as your name, email address and any other information will be transmitted directly to Calendly and stored there.

This data is processed based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Calendly will not process any data without your booking.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Calendly relies on the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR for transfers to third countries to ensure an adequate level of data protection. However, we would like to point out that the level of data protection in the USA is not comparable to that in the EU, and US authorities have access to personal data.
