• Duration of the workshop: 5 days
• Arrival on the first day of the workshop + departure on the last day of the workshop
• During the workshop, participants abstain from eating, talking, electronics, luxury goods, and reading.
• Entertainment devices, watches, and electronic devices will be collected and returned at the end of the workshop.
• The instructions for each exercise are explained at the time of execution.
• The exercises are led by trainers who are trained in psychology, education, nutrition/biology and other medical disciplines, as well as in stress management.

Cost

The total cost of the workshop is €1,150 (VAT not included in accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act). 
You can pay the full amount or in two installments: a deposit of €650 and the remaining amount of €500.

This includes:

• Local transport (shuttle to and from the workshop location, from the nearest airport/main station, depending on the location)
• Workshop materials
• shared accommodation
• Drinks
• Meals before and after the workshop
